1.How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when your parcel arrives. No bank card is asked for on the site.
2.How much is delivery?
From 25 to 45 MAD depending on your city, and free from 450 MAD of items. Fees by city are on the Delivery page.
3.How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 days, in every city. The courier calls you before coming by.
4.Do you deliver to my city?
Yes: delivery anywhere in Morocco. You choose your city when you order.
5.Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 70 MAD of items, delivery not included. You can combine several products to reach it; the product page and the cart show how much is missing.
6.What happens after I order?
We call you to confirm the order, then we ship it. Keep your phone nearby: an order we cannot confirm is not sent.
7.Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are yours. Personalised products and candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
8.My item arrived broken, what do I do?
Send us photos of the parcel and the product within 48 hours on WhatsApp. We replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
9.Are the candles really handmade?
Yes, every candle is poured and finished by hand in our Casablanca workshop. Small differences from the photos are normal and give each piece its character.
