Kerax 4120 soy wax is made for molded candles: shapes in molds, pillars, wax melts and scented tablets. 100% plant-based, in ivory pellets, it is harder than container wax: it melts between 57 and 63 °C, releases cleanly from the mold and stands on its own once cooled. It takes colorants well and has a good scent throw. Melt it at about 70 °C, add 5 to 10% fragrance oil, then pour between 55 and 60 °C. Available in 500 g, 1 kg and 20 kg bags, delivered in Casablanca and across Morocco.

Frequently asked questions

Why use soy wax?

It melts at a low temperature, is easy to work with and holds fragrance well: it is the simplest wax to start with. It is also the wax we use for our own candles, in our Casablanca studio.

Is soy wax natural?

Yes. It is made from soybean oil and is 100% plant-based, unlike paraffin, which comes from petroleum.

How many candles can you make with 1 kg of wax?

Allow about 85 g of wax per 100 ml of container. One kilo therefore fills 5 to 6 jars of 200 ml, or 11 to 12 jars of 100 ml. This is an estimate: weigh the wax for your own containers.

What is the difference between 46, 4120 and 4130?

4130 is a soft wax for container candles: jars, glasses, tins. 4120 is harder: it releases cleanly from the mould and is used for moulded candles and pillars. 46 is our cheapest soy wax per kilo, from 72.35 MAD per kilo.

How do delivery and payment work?

Delivery in 2 to 3 days anywhere in Morocco, for 25 to 45 MAD depending on the city, free from 450 MAD of items. The minimum order is 70 MAD, and you pay in cash on delivery.
